By accessing or using TOFF AFRICA — including browsing profiles, creating an account, or submitting content — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the platform. These terms form a binding agreement between you and TOFF AFRICA.

TOFF AFRICA is a professional platform. To create an account you must:

• —Be a creative professional — model, photographer, stylist, makeup artist, videographer, creative director — or a brand or agency that works with African creative talent.
• —Be 18 years of age or older. If you are under 18, you may only join with the explicit consent of a parent or legal guardian, who must agree to these terms on your behalf.
• —Provide accurate, truthful information about your identity and professional background.
• —Not be prohibited from using the platform under applicable law in your country of residence.

We reserve the right to decline or remove any account that does not meet these eligibility requirements.

You retain ownership of all content you upload to TOFF AFRICA, including profile photos, portfolio images, biography text, and career history. We do not claim ownership of your work.

By uploading content, you confirm that:

• —You own the content, or have the rights to use it and grant us the licences described in our Privacy Policy.
• —The content does not infringe the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other rights of any third party.
• —The content is not illegal, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise harmful.
• —You are responsible for obtaining any necessary model releases, permissions, or licences before uploading content that features other identifiable people.

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms or that we reasonably believe causes harm to users or to TOFF AFRICA's reputation.

TOFF AFRICA provides a contact system so that brands, agencies, and other creatives can send professional enquiries to talent on the platform. This system exists to create opportunities.

• —The contact system is for professional enquiries only — casting, bookings, commissions, collaborations, and similar professional purposes.
• —Harassment, sexual solicitation, spam, unsolicited commercial messages, or any inappropriate use of the contact system is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate and permanent removal from the platform.
• —Do not use the contact system to solicit money, share personal financial information, or conduct any activity that could constitute fraud.

TOFF AFRICA facilitates introductions between creatives, brands, and agencies. We are a discovery and connection platform.

• —TOFF AFRICA is not a booking agency and does not manage, represent, or take fees from any professional relationships formed on the platform.
• —We are not a party to any agreement, contract, or arrangement made between users who connect through TOFF AFRICA.
• —We are not responsible for the outcome of any collaboration, booking, or professional engagement that results from a connection made on the platform.
• —Users are responsible for conducting appropriate due diligence before entering into any professional arrangement with another user.

You may delete your account and all associated data at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at stephanieokoye80@gmail.com.

TOFF AFRICA reserves the right to suspend or permanently remove any account that:

• —Violates these Terms of Service, including the Authenticity Policy.
• —Engages in behaviour harmful to other users or the platform.
• —Provides false information during registration or in a profile.
• —Uses the platform for purposes other than those described herein.

Where possible, we will notify you before taking action and give you an opportunity to respond. For serious violations — particularly of the Authenticity Policy — we may act without prior notice.

TOFF AFRICA is provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• —We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from security vulnerabilities.
• —We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
• —We are not liable for any losses arising from professional arrangements made between users on the platform.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time as the platform evolves. When we make material changes, we will:

• —Notify registered users via email or a prominent notice on the platform.
• —Update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of TOFF AFRICA after changes to these terms take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you may delete your account at any time.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of TOFF AFRICA shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Nigerian courts.
